The last entry to this incredible adventure here in Norway!!
The purpose of this blog is to help others recognize the blessings and joys of missionary work. In these past 2 years,
I have been serving Heavenly Father's children in Norway. I have learned the Norwegian language, experienced the Norwegian
culture, and have shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ to God's children who live here. With the help of Jesus Christ,
and the sacrifice He performed for each individual one of God's children - it kept me driven to "find the one" who was being
prepared by Him.
I have met some of the most fantastic people this world has to offer. I have followed the teachings of Jesus Christ, and I have
experienced the grace and mercy of His Atonement. I have loved coming to know more fully who I am, and what I have been sent
here to accomplish. I know that in each and every one of us lies a potential to succeed and fulfill our purpose here on this earth.
I have been faced with rejection day in and day out - in a country that has every material possession that an individual can obtain.
The very message that we were able to share with the people of Norway is that of The Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have
found some of the most incredible sons and daughters of God who were seeking for the truth and purpose of this life. I know
that this message we have to share, contains the truth of who we are and our relationship to our Heavenly Father. I have shared
the message that God has again called a prophet and has restored His church in these days.
My purpose has been to invite others to discover what faith in action looks life. I personally felt that at the beginning of this
mission, it was a personal mountain to climb. "Could I really do this?" I had faith that the Lord would provide for my family,
those I served and those whom I served with. What I experienced were blessings that were only a hope two years ago.
Today, they are realities. It is truth that there is a God who exists. Faith is action - we need to do something in order to
expect our hopes to become realities. God gives us opportunities to learn and grow. His blessings can result, depending
on our level of commitment to Him. He is always willing to bless us, and it's always better than we anticipate.
I would like to invite anyone who has a desire to know more about this message we share as missionaries, to feel free
and contact me. At this point in my life, this has been the greatest blessing. I wish for all to experience the blessings, joys,
and miracles that God has in store for each one of us.
I know that the work I have done is God's work. He called me here to be a part of His perfect work. He blessed me
with miracles - only according to my faith. I know that this is His church and His gospel. I hope that all will one day
choose to experience the blessings that this gospel has to offer.
